Eemlandhoeve Moestuin
At the Eemlandhoeve Moestuin, they grow local vegetables, herbs, and flowers in harmony with nature. They do not use artificial fertilizers or pesticides and perform as much work as possible by hand, thereby limiting the use of machinery and fossil fuels. The foundation of our garden is healthy, living soil full of biodiversity. By caring for the soil well, a rich ecosystem of plants, insects, and other animals is created, which naturally supports the crops. They grow much of their seedlings themselves and carry out all work, from sowing to harvesting, themselves. The harvest goes directly to local restaurants and private individuals, so that the vegetables can be eaten as fresh as possible: preferably harvested in the morning and on the plate the same evening.
